Celebrating over 10 years of selling waterfront real estate in Maine - Sell 207 continues to be innovative, creatively disruptive, and focused on improving the experience for buyers and sellers alike. Sell 207 embraces the Maine State Motto: “Dirigo, I Lead.”

After being trained by a large independent brokerage for most of her career, and a brief time with a cloud-based brokerage - Sell 207 was born out of Monet’s desire to help more people bring their story of their property to life, on our own terms. Buyers benefit from transparency and the trust that Sell 207 builds with each of their clients.

In 2020 when it came apparent that growth was on the horizon, Monet’s plan to grow her team was set in motion.  Paige Tatum joined Sell 207 in late 2021 as Sell 207’s first Marketing Director, shortly after, Patrick Mercado Joined as our editor, and Biana joined in the fall of 2022 as Monet’s Administrative Assistant. This core team has been responsible for continuing to bring Sell 207 listings to life.

ABOUT MONET

Monet Yarnell specializes in the sale of residential and commercial waterfront properties, particularly for buyers and sellers with a passion for yachting and cruising. With a background in marine operations and a deep connection to Maine’s coast, she brings a unique perspective to waterfront real estate.

Raised in Western Maine, Monet’s love for the outdoors led her to explore the state’s lakes, rivers, and coastline. She earned a degree in Marine Transportation and a U.S. Coast Guard license, allowing her to work as a professional mariner across the globe. From Europe to Alaska, the South Pacific to the Great Lakes, she has gained firsthand knowledge of waterfront properties, marinas, yacht clubs, and working waterfronts.

Her expertise extends beyond real estate, with experience navigating regulatory agencies, harbor management, and waterfront development. As a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, she offers clients a range of selling strategies, including the Auction Method of Marketing.

Though now shore-side, Monet remains deeply connected to Maine’s maritime world. She actively promotes the state as one of the world’s best cruising destinations and encourages the boating community to invest in its shores. Whether by land or sea, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate their next move.
