This beautiful cottage was built in 2012 and boosts open concept living with a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows overlooking the water. The kitchen overlooks the lake, has plenty of storage space and place for dining. The large living room has a propane stove fireplace to keep it cozy on cool evenings and is plenty big for gatherings and it cascades onto the front deck. The first floor also has two bedrooms and a full bath. Venture up to the loft for breathtaking views. The loft gives more room for sleeping or recreation. There is plenty of storage under the cottage which has two sets of double doors for easy access. There is also a shed with power and running water down by the waterfront. The property also comes with shared land with two other camp owners which provides more parking and more access to the water.

In the evenings throughout the summer you can enjoy the many fireworks displays over the water and on the 4th of July, Camp Caribou puts on an impressive fireworks display and you may even want to take part in the 4th of July Pattee's Pond boat parade.

The cottage is accessible year-round so if ice fishing is also a favorite pastime, this is the place for you. After a few hours of ice fishing you can come into the cottage and warm yourself near the fire while watching others continue to fish through the windows or from the deck.
