This property is located on the Webb River just north of ''The Falls'' and is about 8 miles south of the outlet to Webb Lake along the meandering banks of the Webb River.

This unique property is located in the middle of an incredible wildlife habitat. If you like observing the beautiful Maine wildlife, this is the place for you. Moose, deer, rabbits, otters, mink, beavers, and lots of turtles spend much of the year in the surrounding area and it's not uncommon to look out from the porch and have a sighting.
